Case Mentoring For Lawyers

👋 Welcome, Fellow Immigration Attorney!

If you’ve found your way to this page, let me ask:

  • Are you a practicing U.S. immigration attorney looking to confidently expand your case portfolio?
  • Have you encountered prospective clients with viable cases, but didn’t feel comfortable handling the matter due to lack of experience?
  • Are you currently referring out profitable casework to other attorneys because you’re unsure about your own proficiency?

If you answered “YES” to any of these, you’re in the right place.

🚀 Ready to Level Up Your Practice?

I’m thrilled that you’re considering broadening your skillset and taking on new case types. Let’s make this your most productive year yet—with more confidence, more case wins, and more revenue.

What Colleagues Are Saying:

“I am so grateful for Steve’s mentorship. I purchased his E-2 toolkit and consulted with him on several cases. As a newer practitioner, his insight has been invaluable in growing my confidence and competence. Plus, he’s a joy to work with. Highly recommend!”
— Immigration Attorney, California

❌ Stop Referring Out Valuable Cases

You don’t have to feel anxious about unfamiliar case types. With the right guidance, you can:

  • Expand your service offerings
  • Build competence and confidence
  • Keep high-value business in-house

Let me be your coach, your second set of eyes, and your behind-the-scenes guide.

🏢 My Role as Your Mentor

I assist attorneys at any stage of a case:

  • Brainstorming and early-stage strategizing
  • Case structure and documentation guidance
  • Reviewing attorney cover letters and client declarations
  • Pre-filing troubleshooting and “how-to” support
  • Help with RFEs, NOIDs, consular or USCIS issues

Think of me as your Ghost-Editor: out of view to your client, but fully invested in your success.

What I Don’t Do:

  • I won’t act as your paralegal or legal assistant
  • I won’t take over your case or appear on your G-28

You remain the responsible attorney—I’m here to provide expert-level mentorship and back-end support.
